Put Your Fitness To The SEAL Test

What Is Patrol Z?The 2013 National Scout Jamboree is no weekend camping trip.

You’ll have a chance to experience all kinds of amazing ways to test your physical fitness and mental skill and ability with the activities offered. Hopefully, you’re already exercising more.

Here’s the thing: You’ll definitely have more fun if you’re fit.

The Summit is partnering with the U.S. Navy to offer Scouts and Venturers who attend the 2013 National Jamboree the opportunity to earn the Summit SEAL Challenge Award.

To earn this elite award at the jamboree, you must successfully pass the Navy SEAL Physical Screening Test (PST) while at the Summit. And to qualify for the PST, you must be a Star Scout and have earned all of the following merit badges: Citizenship in the Nation, Personal Fitness, Swimming and Lifesaving or, if a Venturer, you must have earned the Ranger Award.

You must email the jamboree office that you are interested in earning the award at the Jamboree no later than June 15, 2013 with Summit SEAL Challenge Award in the subject line.

Get your paperwork completed and start preparing and training now!
