The Summit was built from the ground up with the end-user in mind. Each of the 4 main Base Camps are equipped to hold 10,000people comfortably with power stations, shower and toilet facilities and access roads in close proximity. Weaving through the Base Camps are several water features, providing opportunities for fishing and water sports like Stand-up Paddleboarding
Oh, and did we mention the connectivity? Each of the Base Camps is equipped with a communications tower and wifi booster stations that provide both coverage and speed for WiFi and major cell phone carriers.

Fenneman Great Hall and Lodge are perched high on the ridge at Perry Park, overlooking the majestic landscape of the Summit. The view from WP Point observation deck is breathtaking and is the perfect location for an elegant encounter for up to 150 guests complete with private parking.

The Summit Bechtel Reserve has event solutions for every budget. Our two base camp complexes are an excellent solution to serve large groups for budget-conscious events. These complexes offer identical layouts with dining facilities attached directly to lodging complete with dormitory-style accommodations.
The Pigott Dining Facility & Delta Bunkhouse is centrally located at the Summit and is conveniently located adjacent to the Pigott Administration and Conference Center.
The Eagles Nest Bunkhouse and Fork in the Road Dining Facility are located near our Adventure Point recreation area and is a great solution for events that are looking for an dose of adventure for some added fun.
The AT&T Summit Stadium is an 80,000 seat natural amphitheater overlooking Goodrich Lake. In addition to its amazing capacity and setting, the stadium is fully equipped with a vast wireless network so attendees can remain connected and share their experience with friends, family and the world.

With 48 Canopy Tours and 15 Zip Lines including the “Big Zip”, a massive 3,300 ft. multi-line zipline, the Summit is #1 in the nation for total overall distance withan impressive 28,750 feet which equates to 5.45 miles, but who’s counting?
The Summit has over 70 miles of purpose-built, multi-use trails that weave through the property along with the distinction of being home to a Polaris OHV Training Center of Excellence. Additionally, the Summit is also home to a 100,000+ sq. ft. skate park; when built it was the 2nd largest skate-able surface in North America.
The Summit boasts an impressive 125 climbing stations, 100 bouldering stations, 42 repelling stations and 6 “Leap of Faith” Stations. Outfitted with Tru-Blu Auto-Belays, the stations are able to handle large numbers of participants.
With 79 Sporting Clays Stations, 50 Trap Stations, 20 Five-Stand Stations, 60 Rifle Stations, 20 Pistol Stations, 4 reactive steel target ranges equipped with some of the best names in firearms like Savage, Remington and Sig Sauer, when built the Summit was the #3 shooting venue in the US for total shooting opportunities.
