Tigers, Wolves, and Bears will be organized into Walking Groups by rank. Each Walking Group will journey through the exciting Cub Scout Adventure Camp program together, making memories and lifelong friends. At the time of the publication of this guide, the Cub Scout program is undergoing major changes, designed to give participants and their parents/guardians a more cohesive experience in the program overall. Because of this, the program sequences listed here reflect the essential design of the Cub Scout Adventure Camp Walking Group schedules, but these examples are not final or exact. Final versions of these schedules will be shared no later than the pre-camp Webinar, scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2024 (and likely before this online).
Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts will be able to make individual program selections with the help and guidance of their parent(s)/guardian(s) and pack leaders. This process is meant to mirror the ways in which Scouts BSA (which Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts will soon be) make individual merit badge and program selections. Due to the major changes being made to the Cub Scout Adventure program and structure, the individual Adventure and program options listed here do not represent a final schedule of options.
The final schedule will be shared with unit leaders and parents no later than the pre-camp Webinar, scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2024 (and likely before this online).

Cub Scouts of the Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, or Arrow of Light ranks in the 2024-2025 school year
Tigers must and Wolves and Bears are strongly encouraged to have a registered parent/guardian as a participating adult partner. Wolves, Bears, Webelos, and Arrow of Light Scouts may participate without a registered parent/guardian and under the supervision of appropriate unit-level registered leadership.
Important: All attending adults must be registered members of the Boy Scouts of America, in a position that requires a paid registration and a criminal background check. This rule contrasts with the requirements for simple unit overnight camping, for which parents/guardians who are adult partners do not have to be registered. Unit leadership (den leaders, Cubmasters, etc.) can assist unregistered parents/guardians who want to attend register. All registration must be completed in the local council before registering or visiting the Summit (this process can take several weeks).
All youth and adult participants must be registered members of the Boy Scouts of America. Siblings may not participate unless they are registered in a BSA program.
