Trevor Rees-Jones/The Rees-Jones Foundation

Distinguished Eagle Scout Trevor Rees-Jones has an interesting claim to fame within Scouting. There is actually a Scout camp that bears his name—Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp of the Circle Ten Council. However, Trevor does more than generously support his local council. He is also a supporter of the Summit Bechtel Reserve, funding through his foundation The Rees-Jones Foundation Leadership Veranda within the Rex W. Tillerson Leadership Center.

Trevor founded Chief Oil and Gas, a leading privately-held, independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company. He is currently serving as the president and CEO.

Founded in 2006 by Trevor and his wife, Jan, The Rees-Jones Foundation is a private foundation that works with nonprofit organizations, primarily in North Texas, to “serve God by serving others, sharing His resources in ways that provide opportunities for the disadvantaged, relief for the suffering and encouragement in the growth and well-being of children and families in our community.”

Why I give...

“I would like to see Scouting reach more young men and women who will grow up to be future leaders and can contribute to the further growth and potential of the United States.”
‒ Trevor Rees-Jones
