Randall Stephenson

Randall Stephenson believes organizations must change and innovate to stay relevant. It’s a belief that guided his actions as Chairman and CEO of AT&T and while serving as the BSA’s National President. Under his leadership, the National Executive Board made one of the most significant changes in BSA history, voting to welcome girls into all Scouting programs.

After serving as Chairman and CEO of AT&T for 13 years, Randall became Executive Chairman of AT&T’s Board of Directors, a position he will serve in through January 2021.

Why I give...

“The Boy Scouts of America remains one of the best character-building and leadership development organizations in the world. The values Scouts learn—integrity, selflessness, and self-reliance—are fundamental to a strong, healthy society. It’s no surprise that so many of America’s leaders, in every field of endeavor and from all walks of life, have Scouting in their backgrounds.”
