T. Michael and Gillian Goodrich

One of the things Mike and Gillian Goodrich are most proud of is that all three of their sons earned the rank of Eagle Scout. And Mike is no slouch either, having reached the rank of Eagle himself and later being recognized with the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award.

Outside of Scouting, Mike is the retired chairman and CEO of BE&K, Inc., a global engineering and construction company. He joined BE&K in 1972 and stayed with the company until his retirement in 2008. After retirement, he became president of Timberline Holdings LLC, a family investment company. In 2002, he was inducted into the National Academy of Construction.
