Registration & Eligibility
Summit manages all registration and sets course prices.
- Minimum registered = 40 (6 Faculty + Students)
- Maximum registered = 75 (6 Faculty + Students)
- Registration cut off = 30 days prior to course start.
- Summit staff attend course for free
Participation Eligibility
- Registered Scout
- Minimum age = 13 years
- Be in physical condition; a BSA Annual Health and Medical Record is required. Parts A,B, and C
Payment Details Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of $175 per person is due at the time of registration.
- 30 days out from the event 100% of total registration costs are due.
Cancellation Policy
- 60 days out from event = Full Refund, less deposit
- 30 days out from event = No Refund
- Exceptions: Military service, family death, major medical (less deposit), or other extenuating circumstances evaluated on a per-case basis.
Forms for Arrival
- Summit Wavier (completed during registration)
- ABC Medical Form (reviewed/delivered to health lodge)
- Proof of SYT / BSA Membership
