Chow Time: Food At The 2013 Jamboree [Gallery]

Food is key to any active lifestyle. With all the high adventure and walking at the 2013 National Scout Jamboree, getting enough to eat was critical to having fun. Here’s a glimpse into how Scouts and Venturers managed to stay fueled up at the 2013 National Scout Jamboree.

Each day, a rotating group of selected Scouts went to HQ to collect breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was cooked at camp, and then Scouts packed a portable lunch so they could eat wherever their day took them. At dinnertime, Scouts were back at camp and another group visited HQ for another round of food.
