When you are no longer sweating, your dehydration has reached a very serious level and you are potentially experiencing heat stress which quickly grows more serious. Jamboree’s Medical Staff recommends that everyone consume enough water for their urine to be clear in color. In this heat you cannot easily consume too much water. Even when you are not thirsty please be sure to take regular drinks and use your urine color to gauge how far behind your are with your hydration. Drink more water!
