Staff Arrival & Departure Details

The Boy Scouts of America is joining with Transportation Management Services (TMS) to provide safe, efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly transportation solutions for jamboree participants, including staff.   Please note every staff member is required to register their arrival and departure times with TMS.   Submitting your arrival and departure times is a quick process that takes less than three minutes to complete.

TMS will also be providing airport shuttle service from Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV and Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, NC.
