Staff Check-In Reminders

Your arrival at the Ruby Welcome Center is just around the corner! Our registration staff is excited to welcome you and get your check-in process completed as efficiently and quickly as possible. You can help them by having all your information in order. The following are required before you can check in and go on site at the Summit:

Youth Protection Training – All staff and leaders at the Jamboree are required, by BSA policy, to have updated Youth Protection Training. The online course includes a video with simple quiz questions along the way. The course takes approximately 30 minutes and can be found at my.scouting.org. Staff and leaders must have completed the training on or after July 28, 2016. Failure to complete this before Jamboree will delay your check-in because you will have to complete the training at the check-in location.

Registration Fees – All staff payments are now past due. However, if you have an unpaid bill, please pay it immediately to avoid late fees and a delayed check-in process.

Medical Form – The deadline to complete your Annual Health and Medical Record online has passed, but you should still log in and complete it if you haven’t already.

These are not the most desirable tasks, but completing them before the Jamboree will offer a smooth check-in, which can only make for a more enjoyable Jamboree experience.
